Job Description
Urgent opening for Area Sales Manager- Solar company with Good salary, Attractive Allowances and Incentives
Location- Chennai
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned territory targets.
Identify, appoint, and manage solar dealers, distributors, channel partners, and installation partners.
Generate leads through field visits, customer meetings, referrals, and market development activities.
Promote solar panels, inverters, rooftop solar systems, and related products and solutions.
Develop business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial customer segments.
Build strong relationships with electrical contractors, builders, solar EPC companies, and key customers.
Conduct regular market visits and analyse competitor activities, pricing, and market demand.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.
Coordinate with technical, installation, service, and finance teams for smooth project execution and payment collection.
Monitor dealer performance, sales pipelines, order bookings, and outstanding payments.
Maintain accurate sales records, customer details, and daily field reports in CRM.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports to management.
