Automobile Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements and budget.
• Explain the features, specifications, and benefits of available used cars.
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives for interested customers.
• Assist customers in selecting the most suitable vehicle based on their needs.
• Negotiate pricing while ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Coordinate with finance and insurance teams to arrange vehicle loans and insurance.
• Handle documentation related to vehicle sales, ownership transfer, and delivery.
• Ensure all vehicles are clean, properly displayed, and ready for customer viewing.
• Keep accurate records of customer inquiries, bookings, and completed sales.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences.
• Assist customers with exchange or trade-in vehicle evaluations.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and provide excellent after-sales support.
• Promote dealership offers, exchange programs, and referral schemes.
• Work closely with the procurement and service teams to ensure vehicle availability and quality.
• Follow company policies and maintain ethical sales practices.
