Job Description
- Maintain daily accounting transactions and financial records.
- Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase bills, and vouchers.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain cash book, petty cash, and general ledger.
- Assist in GST returns, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliance.
- Verify invoices, payment receipts, and expense claims.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
- Follow up on outstanding payments from customers and vendors.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Coordinate with auditors and assist during audits.
- Use accounting software such as Tally Prime & Excel.
