Job Description


🔹 Key Responsibilities



1. GST Compliance & Advisory


  • Preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C
  • Handling GST notices, DRC-01 / DRC-01A replies, reconciliations
  • ITC reconciliation with GSTR-2A / 2B
  • Advisory on GST applicability and compliance



2. Income Tax (IT)


  • Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR – Individual, Firm, Company)
  • Computation of taxable income and tax liability
  • Handling Income Tax notices and online responses
  • TDS / TCS compliances and returns



3. ROC & MCA Compliances


  • Filing of MCA forms – AOC-4, MGT-7/7A, DIR-3 KYC, PAS-3, INC forms
  • Assistance in incorporation, share allotment, share transfer, and compliances
  • Maintaining statutory registers and compliance calendars



4. Accounting & Documentation


  • Finalization of accounts (basic level for trainees)
  • Assistance in audit, MIS, and compliance documentation
  • Coordination with clients and regulatory authorities
