Job Description:
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Demo & Service
Engineer to handle product demonstrations, installation, commissioning,
calibration, maintenance, and customer support activities. The candidate
will be required to visit customer sites regularly for demonstrations,
technical support, and service-related activities. This is a
field-oriented role requiring frequent travel as per business
requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Demonstration & Customer Visits
2. Conduct product demonstrations and trials at customer sites.
3. Visit client locations for technical discussions, product and
demonstrations.
4. Explain product features, operation, and benefits to customers.
5. Support the Sales Team during customer meetings and technical
evaluations.
6. Installation & Commissioning
7. Perform installation and commissioning of equipment at customer
sites.
8. Ensure proper setup, testing, and operational readiness of equipment.
9. Verify system performance and functionality after commissioning.
Calibration & Validation
10. Coordinate with internal teams regarding customer requirements and
service updates.
Required Skills
1. Knowledge of installation, commissioning, calibration, and
troubleshooting of technical equipment.
2. Willingness to travel extensively for field assignments.
3. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Mandatory Requirements
1. Candidate must be willing to perform field job duties and travel to
customer locations as and when required.
2. Candidate must be comfortable with frequent site visits for
demonstrations, installation, commissioning, calibration, and service
activities.
3. Candidate should be willing to travel within the assigned territory
and nearby locations.
