Job Description
Accounts Executive – Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle accounts payable and receivable.
- Manage invoices, receipts, payments and bank reconciliation.
- Maintain accounts using Tally/Tally Prime.
- Handle GST, TDS and basic statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors and customers for payments and outstanding amounts.
- Prepare regular accounts and financial reports.
- Verify purchase, sales and expense entries.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
- Coordinate with management and other departments as required.
- RequirementsB.Com / M.Com / BBA / BBM (Finance & Accounting).
- 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Good knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Should be responsible, organized and able to work independently.
