Staff Nurse

We are looking for a qualified and responsible Staff Nurse to join our aesthetic clinic. The candidate will assist doctors/aesthetic practitioners with procedures, provide patient care, maintain infection-control standards, and ensure proper pre- and post-procedure support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Patient Care

● Welcome and assess patients before procedures.

● Record vital signs, medical history and relevant treatment information.

● Explain basic pre- and post-treatment instructions to patients.

● Monitor patients during and after procedures.

● Identify and promptly report any adverse reactions or complications to the doctor.

2. Procedure Assistance

● Assist the doctor/aesthetic practitioner during aesthetic procedures.

● Prepare treatment rooms, instruments and consumables before procedures.

● Assist with procedures such as facials, chemical peels, laser treatments, microneedling, PRP and other clinic-approved aesthetic procedures, according to training and scope of practice.

● Maintain proper handling and storage of treatment products and medical supplies.

● Assist with emergency preparedness and basic first aid as required.

3. Infection Control & Safety

● Follow strict aseptic and infection-control practices.

● Maintain sterilization and disinfection of instruments and treatment areas.

● Dispose of biomedical waste and sharps according to applicable regulations.

● Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized and ready for the next patient.

4. Documentation

● Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.

● Record products, consumables and relevant treatment details as required.

● Maintain stock and inform management when supplies need to be reordered.

● Maintain confidentiality of patient information and photographs.

5. Patient Follow-up

● Provide appropriate post-procedure care instructions.

● Follow up with patients when requested by the doctor/clinic.

● Escalate complaints, unexpected reactions or complications to the concerned doctor promptly.

Required Qualifications

● B.Sc Nursing / GNM / ANM from a recognized institution, as applicable.

● Valid nursing registration with the appropriate State Nursing

Experience

Freshers may apply. Experience in an aesthetic/dermatology clinic will be an added advantage.
