Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
  • Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate ledgers and assist with month-end closing.
  • Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports as required.
  • Coordinate with vendors, customers, auditors, and internal departments.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
  • Support the finance team with audits and other accounting requirements.
