Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements, and cash flow reports.
- Transactions & Reconciliations: Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Closing Activities: Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
- Taxes and Compliance: Compute taxes, prepare returns, and ensure adherence to financial regulations.
- Auditing & Analysis: Audit financial documents, resolve discrepancies, and assist with budgets and forecasts
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with accounting tools like Tally.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel knowledge (pivot tables, formulas) and understanding of GAAP or local accounting standards.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and clear communication for non-finance stakeholders
