Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to new or existing leads using company scripts.
- Answer inbound customer queries and provide helpful solutions.
- Pitch product features and manage basic customer objections.
- Qualify leads and pass high-potential prospects to the sales team.
- Update call logs, customer notes, and records in the CRM database.
- Meet daily, weekly, or monthly targets for calls, talk time, and conversions. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Clear, confident verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or dialer software.
- Patience, resilience, and a professional attitude toward rejection.
- Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or lead generation is a plus
