Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Branch Partnership: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with bank branch managers, tellers, and key stakeholders.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual life insurance new business and renewal targets.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify prospects from bank walk-ins and existing customer databases, and conduct joint client meetings for needs-based selling.
  • Product Training: Conduct awareness and product training sessions for bank staff to help them spot insurance needs.
  • Process Compliance: Ensure all sales and onboarding activities comply with company policies and industry regulations


Candidate Requirements


  • Experience: 1 to 5 years of proven experience in BFSI sales, specifically banca sales or bancassurance.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
  • Mobility: Local commuting ability
