Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, converting prospects into customers, achieving sales targets, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while adhering to the company's sales policies.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify new leads through various sales channels.
• Follow up with prospective customers through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Conduct project presentations and site visits for potential buyers.
• Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation to customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat and referral business.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM regularly.
• Coordinate with the legal, finance, and CRM teams for smooth booking and documentation.
• Ensure timely collection of booking amounts and follow up on customer payments.
• Negotiate deals within the pricing guidelines approved by the company.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
• Represent the company professionally during exhibitions, promotional events, and site visits.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
