Job Description
We are looking for an HR Executive – Recruitment to join our growing HR team. The role involves handling recruitment activities in a supportive, comfortable, and non-pressure work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate offer, documentation, BGV, and joining formalities.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of job portals and basic MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
