Job Overview

CIEL HR Services is looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Ambattur, Chennai. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Non-IT recruitment, preferably across Manufacturing, FMCG, Beverages, Sales, and Service industries.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end Non-IT recruitment activities.

Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, and other recruitment channels.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until closure.

Understand client requirements and provide suitable profiles within timelines.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

Achieve assigned recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

Coordinate effectively with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.

Required Experience

1–3 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment.

Strong knowledge of sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate closure.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Language Requirements

Tamil – Mandatory

English – Mandatory

Joining Requirement

Immediate Joiners will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

A Non-IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably handling recruitment for Manufacturing, FMCG, Beverages, Sales, or Service industries. The candidate should have strong sourcing and candidate-management skills, excellent communication in Tamil and English, and should be available for immediate joining.
