Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, overseeing our digital channels, and driving customer acquisition. The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of SEO/SEM, social media management, and performance analytics with the ability to lead a team and turn consumer insights into actionable growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement overarching digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Campaign Management: Plan and manage campaigns across digital networks, including Google Ads (PPC), social media, email, and display advertising.
• Content & SEO/SEM: Oversee the creation of engaging digital content and optimize website performance/content for search engine ranking.
• Analytics & Reporting: Measure the ROI and KPIs of all digital marketing campaigns, using data to continually optimize spend and performance.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and collaborate with internal teams (content creators, designers, developers) and external agency partners to ensure brand consistency.
• Market Research: Monitor consumer behavior and digital trends to identify new growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven work experience (typically 3–5 years) in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email software, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Proficiency with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio).
• Strong understanding of paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn).
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Impeccable communication and presentation skills.
