Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to drive our digital marketing initiatives, strengthen our online presence, and generate high-quality B2B leads. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performance marketing, SEO, social media management, content marketing, email campaigns, and marketing analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing

• Strategy Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
• Identify new opportunities to improve brand visibility and lead generation.

Performance Marketing

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance, optimize budgets, and improve conversion rates.
• Track Cost per Lead (CPL), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and other campaign metrics.

Search Engine Optimization

• (SEO)Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Improve website rankings, organic traffic, and search visibility.
• Coordinate with website developers to optimize website performance and user experience.

Social Media Management

• Manage the company's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop monthly content calendars and publishing schedules.
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, videos, banners, and campaigns.
• Increase follower growth, engagement, and brand awareness.

Content Marketing

• Create compelling content for blogs, websites, email campaigns, social media, and marketing collateral.
• Work closely with designers and content creators to develop creative marketing assets.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company's branding and messaging.

Lead Generation

• Generate qualified B2B leads through digital marketing initiatives.
• Develop lead generation campaigns targeting HR, Procurement, Marketing, and Corporate Decision Makers.
• Support the sales team with marketing-qualified leads and campaign insights.

Email Marketing & CRM

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for customer acquisition and retention.
• Build customer journeys, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain customer databases and support CRM initiatives.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements based on data.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM tools.
• Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar creative tools is an advantage.
