• Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify and onboard new leads and customers onto the platform.
• Educate customers about the company's products and services.
• Understand and analyse customer requirements and assist them with registration on the FR8 application.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to maintain strong professional relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Build strong relationships with customers and transporters to support consistent business opportunities and vehicle placements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and transporters to facilitate and secure transportation requirements.
• Work closely with senior officials to understand assigned targets and ensure timely follow-up.
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a target-oriented environment and meet deadlines.

Compensation and IncentivesThis is an incentive-based opportunity, and earnings will be based on performance.

• Incentive StructureFirst Onboarding: Incentives of up to ₹10,000, based on the applicable onboarding structure.
• Onboarding Incentive: ₹3,000 upon successful onboarding.
