Tele caller For A Business Loans

We are looking for energetic Tele callers to promote business loan products for leading private banks and NBFCs. You will connect with prospective customers over the phone, explain our loan offerings in Tamil and English, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. We offer a fixed salary and an attractive multi-level incentive plan.

• Salary & incentives credited on the 1st of every month

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from assigned lead lists and explain business loan products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and required documents in Tamil or English
• Identify and qualify interested customers by checking basic eligibility (business vintage, turnover, existing loans)
• Follow up with interested customers at each stage, and maintain accurate records of every call, follow-up, and lead status in the CRM
• Coordinate with customers on loan applications, document collection, and status updates until disbursal
