Job Description – Visa Filing Executive

Position: Visa Filing Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

  • Job ResponsibilitiesHandle visa application forms and documentation.
  • Prepare, verify, and submit visa applications accurately.
  • Check documents according to visa requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients for required documents and updates.
  • Maintain proper records of applications and documents.
  • Ensure timely completion of visa filing processes.
  • Perform document editing, formatting, and data entry when required.
  • RequirementsPrevious experience in visa filing/immigration documentation preferred.
  • Good communication and computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and basic documentation tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines.
