Collections Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of telecallers and field collection executives.
• Monitor daily collection performance and ensure assigned targets are achieved.
• Allocate cases, leads, and delinquent accounts among team members.
• Track PTP (Promise to Pay), payments, settlements, and follow-ups.
• Conduct daily team briefings and review pending and overdue cases.
• Handle difficult, high-value, and escalated customer cases.
• Coordinate with bank/client representatives and internal management for case updates.
• Monitor field visits and ensure proper visit remarks and customer details are updated.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Excel.
• Ensure timely updating of collection remarks, payment details, and settlement cases.
• Train and guide team members to improve productivity and collection performance.
• Ensure all collection activities follow company policies, legal requirements, and professional customer communication standards.
• Identify non-performing or difficult cases and plan appropriate follow-up strategies.
