Job Description

  • मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां (Key Responsibilities):

  • डेटा एंट्री (Data Entry): रोजाना के सेल्स (Sales), परचेज (Purchase), रसीद (Receipts), और पेमेंट्स (Payments) की एंट्री Tally ERP 9 या TallyPrime में करना।
  • इनवॉइसिंग (Invoicing): ग्राहकों के लिए सही और GST-compliant इनवॉइस (बिल) तैयार करना।
  • बैंक समाधान (Bank Reconciliation): हर हफ्ते या महीने में बैंक स्टेटमेंट का मिलान टैली के रिकॉर्ड से करना।
  • टैक्सेशन (Taxation): GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) और TDS की गणना करना, चालान बनाना और रिटर्न फाइलिंग में मदद करना।
  • लेजर मेंटेनेंस (Ledger Maintenance): सप्लायर्स (Debtors) और ग्राहकों (Creditors) के खातों का समय-समय पर मिलान (Reconciliation) करना।
  • रिपोर्टिंग (Reporting): सीनियर मैनेजमेंट के लिए प्रॉफिट एंड लॉस (P&L) स्टेटमेंट, बैलेंस शीट, और स्टॉक रिपोर्ट्स जनरेट करना।
  • इन्वेंटरी मैनेजमेंट (Inventory Management): टैली में स्टॉक के आने-जाने का सही रिकॉर्ड रखना।
  • आवश्यक योग्यता और स्किल्स (Job Requirements & Skills):अनुभव (Experience): अकाउंटिंग या टैली ऑपरेटर के रूप में 3 से 4 साल का ठोस अनुभव।
  • शिक्षा (Education): कॉमर्स में ग्रेजुएशन (B.Com / M.Com) या इसके समकक्ष डिग्री।
  • सॉफ्टवेयर नॉलेज: TallyPrime या Tally ERP 9 पर बेहतरीन पकड़। साथ ही Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table) की अच्छी समझ।
  • टैक्स की समझ: GST नियम, TDS डिडक्शन, और ई-वे बिल (E-Way Bill) पोर्टल की पूरी जानकारी।
  • टाइपिंग स्पीड: हिंदी और अंग्रेजी में अच्छी टाइपिंग स्पीड और सटीकता (Accuracy)।
  • कम्युनिकेशन: टीम और क्लाइंट्स के साथ बात करने के लिए अच्छी भाषा शैली।
