Role Overview: We are looking for a result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive or HR Recuiter with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and screening skills, excellent English communication, and the ability to close positions within tight timelines.

The candidate must have a proven recruitment track record, practical knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Boolean search, CRM tools, and bulk hiring.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other relevant channels.
• Use advanced Boolean search techniques and targeted sourcing strategies to identify suitable candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess skills, experience, communication, salary expectations, and notice periods.
• Handle bulk hiring and quick-turnaround recruitment requirements while maintaining candidate quality.
• Work on multiple open positions simultaneously and meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment activities, and pipeline status in the ATS and CRM.
• Coordinate interviews, collect client feedback, follow up with candidates, and support offer rollout and joining.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of relevant candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
• Track recruitment metrics, including sourcing, screening, submissions, interviews, selections, and successful joinings.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates, clients, and internal team members.
• Required Skills and QualificationsGraduate in any discipline; HR or management qualifications preferred.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Practical experience recruiting for both IT and Non-IT roles.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong knowledge of Boolean search and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Working knowledge of ATS platforms, such as Zoho Recruit, Naukri RMS, or similar systems.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and recruitment pipeline management.
• Experience in bulk hiring, urgent hiring, and handling multiple positions simultaneously.
• Strong candidate screening, follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with deadlines, recruitment targets, and measurable performance expectations.
