Job Purpose

Responsible to drive new client acquisition in the stock market and financial services domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for opening Demat and Trading accounts, managing client relationships, and promoting investment products through direct sales and referral channels.

Additionally, FOCO Sales Relationship Manager will promote and cross-sell third-party investment products such as Mutual Funds, SIPs, and PMS to increase client wealth and organizational profitability.

Key Deliverables

*           New Client Acquisition: Drive new client acquisition by opening

Demat and trading accounts through field sales, referrals, and direct prospecting.

*           System Management: Work on the Single Interface system to manage

leads, client Onboarding, and ensure effective utilization of sales tools.

*           Referral Associate (RA) Model: Develop and manage the RA (Referral

Associate) model to generate consistent leads and expand the client base.

*           Local Area Marketing: Conduct local area marketing activities such

as investor meets, prospect seminars, and webinars to create awareness and generate leads.

*           Client Meetings & Cross-Selling: Meet existing and prospective

clients for account opening, relationship management, and cross-selling of financial and investment products.

*           Market & Product Knowledge: Stay updated with market outlook, stock

market trends, and product knowledge to provide accurate information and improve sales effectiveness.

Key Requirements

Educational Qualification

o A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or any related discipline is required.

o A strong academic foundation in capital markets, financial instruments, and investment concepts will be an added advantage.

*     Certifications:

o Mandatory: NISM Series VIII - Equity Derivatives Certification (must be active/valid as per regulatory norms).

*     Relevant

Work Experience:

o Minimum 1+ year of professional experience in the equity advisory, broking, or wealth management industry.

o Prior exposure to client servicing, equity trading, advisory responsibilities and achieving brokerage targets will be highly valued.

o Experience working within a franchisee-driven business model is a plus.
