Job Description

We are looking for an IT & Clinic Software Implementation Executive to manage day-to-day IT requirements and lead the implementation and ongoing management of our clinic management/CRM software.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesImplement, configure and manage clinic management/CRM software.
  • Coordinate with the software vendor for implementation, troubleshooting and upgrades.
  • Configure workflows for appointments, billing, packages, leads, inventory and patient management.
  • Assist with data migration, validation and reporting.
  • Train staff and ensure proper software adoption and usage.
  • Manage user accounts, access permissions and basic data security.
  • Maintain computers, printers, networking, Wi-Fi and other IT infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day hardware and software issues.
  • Support the Mohali clinic remotely or on-site when required.
  • Candidate ProfileGraduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field.
  • 2–5 years' experience in IT support, CRM/ERP or software implementation preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Windows, networking, hardware and Excel.
  • Experience with healthcare, CRM, ERP or business-management software is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
