Job Responsibilities:-

Handle customer calls, chats, or emails professionally.

  • Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Record customer interactions in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
  • Eligibility CriteriaMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
