BDM Executive – Job DescriptionJob Location: Chandigarh

Work Mode: WFH + Field Work

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Timing: Flexible

Internet Allowance: Provided by Company

Travel: Local & Outstation Travel Required

• Job Responsibilities:Company ke Franchise Business ke liye calling aur lead generation karna.
• Franchise prospects/clients se phone par communication aur regular follow-up karna.
• Interested parties ke saath meetings schedule aur finalize karna.
• Finalized meetings ke liye clients/parties se personally milne jana.
• Franchise-related meetings, discussions aur negotiations handle karna.
• Site visits karna aur franchise location ki requirements samajhna.
• Client ko franchise opportunity aur company ki terms ke baare mein explain karna.
• Deal ko final stage tak le jana aur client ke saath regular follow-up karna.
• Franchise final hone ke baad HOD ke saath final meeting coordinate karna aur client/party ki final meeting HOD ke saath successfully conduct karwana.
• Final discussion, negotiation aur approval process mein HOD ko required support dena.
• Local ke saath-saath requirement ke according outstation travel karna.
• Calling, meetings, site visits aur franchise status ki regular report management ko dena.
• Candidate Requirements:Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• Calling aur client handling mein confident.
• Meeting schedule aur client follow-up karne ki ability.
• Field/site visits ke liye comfortable.
• Outstation travel ke liye willing.
• Sales, Business Development ya Franchise industry ka experience preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented aur professional personality.
