Job Description
We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager – DST to drive direct client acquisition, field sales, site visits, and deal closures in the real estate sector.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field activities, references & direct client interactions.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations.
- Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Achieve monthly sales & revenue targets.
- Handle client follow-ups, negotiations & conversions.
- Build strong client relationships and maintain CRM updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams and channel partners.
- Requirements2–5 years of field sales experience.
- Real Estate / Banking / Finance / Insurance experience preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation & closing skills.
- Target-oriented and presentable personality.
- Field sales & client meeting experience mandatory.
- Own vehicle preferred.
Working Details6 Days Working | Rotational Weekday Off
Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM + Field Work
