Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage and expand our retail grocery network across Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting grocery stores, supermarkets, organic stores, and departmental stores, onboarding new retailers, managing existing accounts, generating orders, improving product visibility, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Retailer Acquisition & SalesVisit grocery stores, supermarkets, organic stores, departmental stores, and other relevant retail outlets on a daily basis.
• Identify and onboard new retailers for Aurganicum products.
• Introduce products, explain their key benefits, pricing, and commercial terms to retailers.
• Generate regular purchase orders and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Build strong and long-term relationships with retailers, shop owners, and store managers.
• Existing Retailer ManagementConduct regular visits to existing retail outlets.
• Check product availability, stock levels, and shelf presence.
• Collect replenishment orders based on stock requirements.
• Ensure timely follow-up for repeat orders and maintain healthy retailer relationships.
• Address basic retailer queries and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
• Product Visibility & MerchandisingMonitor product placement, shelf visibility, and in-store displays.
• Ensure Aurganicum products are properly stocked and prominently displayed.
• Recommend suitable product placement and merchandising improvements to retailers.
• Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and sales within stores.
• Market & Competitor AnalysisTrack competitor products, pricing, offers, and market activities.
• Gather market intelligence and share insights with the management team.
• Collect retailer feedback, customer requirements, and market trends.
• Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Order & Delivery CoordinationCoordinate with the warehouse team for order processing and dispatch.
• Follow up on deliveries and ensure orders reach retailers on time.
• Communicate any order or delivery-related issues to the concerned internal team.
• Maintain proper records of orders and retailer visits.
• ReportingSubmit daily visit and sales reports through the designated mobile application or WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate records of retailer meetings, orders, follow-ups, and new retailer onboarding.
• Provide regular updates on sales performance and market activities.
