Job Description

Dish and Warewashing: Run commercial dish machines and hand-wash pots, pans, and cutlery.

Kitchen Sanitation: Sweep and mop floors, clean walls, and wipe down cooking equipment like ovens and grills.

Waste Disposal: Empty trash bins, manage recycling, and clear grease traps safely.

Restocking Stations: Return clean plates, pots, and tools to the correct kitchen stations.

Deep Cleaning: Perform scheduled heavy cleaning on exhaust hoods, vents, and storage areas
