Junior Account Executive

Responsible for managing daily accounting activities, cash transactions, sales records, inventory coordination, and customer service. The position requires accuracy in handling cash, transactions, invoices, and maintaining proper financial and sales records while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Cash Management

• Maintain daily sales and purchase accounts and transaction records.
• Record cash, card, bank, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Prepare daily cash reports and reconcile cash at the end of each working day.
• Handle cash collections and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
• Maintain petty cash and record all expenses.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, credit notes, and other accounting documents.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
• Assist with monthly financial reports and account reconciliation.
• Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, receipts, and accounting documents.
• Coordinate with management, suppliers, customers, and auditors when required.
• Prepare quotations and sales invoices.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and pending payments.
• Maintain good customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
