- Key Responsibilities
- 👥 Manage complete HR operations and employee lifecycle.
- 🔍 Handle recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- 📋 Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
- 🤝 Manage employee relations, grievances, and workplace concerns.
- 📊 Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance appraisals.
