👥 Recruitment: Connect with suitable candidates , Source and screen suitable candidates.


🎤 Interview Handling: Coordinate and conduct interviews, shortlist suitable candidates, and guide them through the selection process.


📚 Training: Provide basic product, process, and business training to new team members.


📄 Onboarding: Help selected candidates complete documentation, verification, and joining formalities.


⚙️ Processing: Coordinate recruitment-related processes, follow-ups, and required documentation.
