The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our sales network, building strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers, and driving revenue growth for our rice products in the region.

• Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development: Identify new market opportunities, onboard new wholesalers/distributors, and drive sales targets for rice products across Keonjhar and nearby regions.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing retailers, distributors, and bulk buyers to ensure regular order placement and client satisfaction.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand fluctuations to recommend effective sales strategies.
• Order & Payment Tracking: Manage customer orders from placement to delivery and ensure timely collection of payments/dues.
• Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, visit schedules, and targets achieved for management review.
• Key Requirements & Qualifications:Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in Sales (FMCG, Food Products, Grain/Rice Mill Industry preferred).
• Education: Graduate/Higher Secondary passed in any discipline.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Languages: Proficiency in Odia and Hindi (Knowledge of English is a plus).
• Mobility: Willingness to travel locally across the assigned territory. (Having a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred).
