Job Role :

We are looking for a Corporate Sales Executive to promote and sell Godrej products by generating bulk orders from businesses such as shops, hotels, cafés, restaurants, offices, government institutions, and other commercial establishments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads and identify potential corporate and institutional customers.
• Visit shops, hotels, cafés, restaurants, offices, government institutions, and other businesses to promote Godrej products.
• Generate and close bulk orders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and field visits.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Regularly follow up with customers and convert leads into orders.
• Conduct market visits and sales activities within the assigned territory.
• Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and execution.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in institutional sales, government sales, channel sales, or customer acquisition.
• Two-wheeler (Bike/Scooty) is mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to generate leads, conduct market visits, and achieve sales targets.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting.
• Local market knowledge of Bhubaneswar is desirable.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of independently handling sales activities.
