Job Description
Drive credit card sales and achieve monthly targets.
🏦 Develop business through the Banca/Branch Channel.
🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff and customers.
📍 Generate leads through branch visits, customer references, and other sources.
📋 Explain credit card features, benefits, eligibility, and application process to customers.
📝 Ensure accurate collection and submission of customer documents.
📊 Track applications from lead generation to approval and activation.
👥 Coordinate with branch teams and internal departments for smooth processing.
📈 Monitor sales performance and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
🔄 Maintain existing relationships and identify new business opportunities.
👨💼 Support and guide team members, where applicable.
🔐 Follow company policies, KYC requirements, and compliance guidelines.
