Job Description
Credit Card Sales | Banca Channel / Branch Sitting
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate credit card leads from branch customers and walk-ins.
Explain credit card features, benefits, fees, and eligibility to customers.
Identify potential customers and convert leads into applications.
Assist customers with the credit card application and documentation process.
Coordinate with the bank/operations team for application processing.
Maintain good relationships with branch staff and customers.
Follow up on pending applications and customer queries.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and acquisition targets.
Ensure accurate customer information and proper KYC/document submission.
Maintain daily sales reports and update lead/application status.
Follow company policies and compliance guidelines.
