Job Description
- QualificationsStrong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and deal closure.
- Experience in customer relationship management, key account management, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and develop data-driven growth strategies.
- Understanding of automotive or engineering manufacturing sectors, preferably pistons, rings, engine components, or related products.
- Proficiency in preparing commercial proposals, pricing models, and negotiation of contracts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical and commercial information clearly.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification (e.g., MBA) is an advantage.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and digital collaboration platforms.
