Position: Workshop Technician

Job Location: Kormangala , Whitefield Electronic City in Bangalore

Qualification: ITI or Diploma (Mechani Motor Vehicle, Mechanic Motor Cycle, Mechanic Diesel, mechanical Engineering, Mechanic (EV)

Experience:

• Fresher’s can apply under the NAPS Apprenticeship Program.
• Candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in two-wheeler repair and maintenance are also eligible.

Stipend:

For Fresher’s (NAPS):

• ₹22,500 per month (Including ₹1,500 DBT & 4500 Rent Allowance)

Working Schedule:

• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Working Hours: 9 hours per day

Required Skills:

• Basic English reading and comprehension skills.
• Basic understanding of two-wheeler parts and components.
• Knowledge of two-wheeler repair and maintenance is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and work in a workshop environment.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and standard operating practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the inspection, diagnosis, and repair of Yulu electric two-wheelers.
• Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance.
• Support senior technicians in repairing mechanical and electrical components.
• Assist in battery inspection, charging, replacement, and maintenance.
• Ensure vehicles are repaired and made ready for deployment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop.
• Update basic service records and follow workshop SOPs.
• Use tools and equipment safely while adhering to company safety guidelines.
• Support field maintenance activities whenever required.
• Continuously learn and improve technical skills through on-the-job training.
