Job Description

Job Purpose

To install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems, ensuring uninterrupted monitoring and compliance with security standards.


  • Key Responsibilities
  • Installation & Setup
  • Install analog/IP cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and cabling at client sites.
  • Configure recording schedules, motion detection, and remote viewing access.
  • Ensure neat wiring and safe mounting of equipment.
  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting
  • Diagnose and repair faults in cameras, recorders, and power supplies.
  • Test system performance and signal quality to meet operational benchmarks.
  • Provide preventive maintenance and timely service calls.
  • Customer Interaction
  • Conduct site surveys and recommend suitable CCTV solutions.
  • Train clients on system usage, recording, and remote access.
  • Maintain service logs, installation records, and incident reports.
  • Compliance & Safety
  • Follow structured cabling standards and data privacy policies.
  • Adhere to safety practices while working at height or with electrical systems.
