Travel Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic, target-driven, and customer-focused professionals to join our Holiday Sales

team. As a Telesales Executive, you will engage with potential customers over calls, understand their

travel needs, and convert leads into confirmed holiday bookings by offering customized travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Holiday & Travel Package Sales

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate interest in holiday packages

across India and Southeast Asia

• Sell cruise packages for Egypt

• Sell rental packages, including sightseeing, flights, accommodation, and other additional

travel services.

• Upsell and cross-sell relevant travel products and additional services to maximize booking

value.

Customer Relationship Management

• Understand customers’ travel requirements, preferences, budget, and expectations.

• Recommend suitable holiday packages and customized travel solutions based on customer

needs.

• Provide detailed information on destinations, itineraries, inclusions, pricing, and available

offers.

• Handle customer objections, negotiate pricing and package options, and close sales.

Booking & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with Destination Management Companies (DMCs)/vendors for hotels, flights,

sightseeing, cruises, transfers, and holiday packages.

Performance & Target Achievement

• Achieve monthly sales targets and defined KPIs.
