Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and passionate professionals to engage with schools and educational institutions, demonstrating the value of IActive's Interactive Flat Panels, Academic Books, Teacher Assist Systems, and Learning Solutions. The role involves building strong relationships with school decision-makers and driving solution-based sales.
Key Responsibilities
School Outreach & Relationship Building
- Visit assigned schools and educational institutions.
- Meet Principals, Directors, Trustees, Academic Heads, and Coordinators.
- Build long-term relationships with school stakeholders.
- Understand school requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Product Demonstration
- Conduct presentations and live demonstrations of Interactive Flat Panels.
- Present IActive Academic Programs, Books, Teacher Assist Systems, and Digital Learning Solutions.
- Explain educational and operational benefits to school management and teaching staff.
Business Development
- Generate new leads and identify sales opportunities.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Follow up on inquiries, demonstrations, proposals, and negotiations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Intelligence
- Gather information on competitor activities.
- Monitor market trends and customer requirements.
- Provide regular market feedback to management.
Reporting
- Maintain daily visit reports.
- Update CRM/sales tracker with meeting details.
- Submit weekly performance reports.
Work Days/Timings
- Monday - Saturday/09:45AM - 06:30PM
Weekly Off
- SUNDAY
Additional Requirement
- Two Wheeler is MUST with Valid DL/Insurance
