Telesales Executive (kannada)

About the Role

As a Tele sales Executive at Avis Hospitals, you will be responsible for connecting with patients who have already consulted our specialists and have been advised on suitable treatment options for varicose veins. Your primary responsibility will be to follow up with patients, understand their non-clinical concerns, provide accurate information about the treatment journey, hospital services, insurance and available financial options, and assist patients in scheduling their procedures.

Key Responsibilities  

Follow up with patients who have completed a specialist consultation and have been advised treatment.

Understand patients' requirements, concerns, and reasons for delaying or considering treatment.

Provide information regarding insurance processes, cashless facilities, payment options, and available financial plans, as per hospital policies.

Coordinate with doctors, patient coordinators, insurance teams, billing, and operations teams whenever required.

Handle patient concerns with empathy, patience, and professionalism.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.

Prior experience in tele sales, healthcare sales, hospital coordination, patient counselling, or customer relationship management is preferred.

Proficiency in kannada and English languages 

Ability to understand patient concerns and communicate solutions clearly.

Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM or hospital management systems is preferred.

Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
