Job Description

●Make outbound calls to customers regarding insurance renewals.

●Handle customer queries related to Motor, Health & Travel Insurance.

●Assist customers with the renewal process and provide accurate information.

●Achieve individual renewal and conversion targets.

●Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.

●Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
