Client Success Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads/database to generate interest in ongoing and upcoming projects

• Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans to prospective buyers

• Qualify leads based on requirement, budget, and intent

• Schedule and confirm site visits for the sales/Relationship Manager team

• Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads to drive conversions

• Maintain accurate and updated records of calls and leads in the CRM

• Handle basic customer queries and objections professionally

• Coordinate smooth lead handover with the on-ground sales team

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-qualification targets

Requirements

• Graduate (any stream); prior telecalling/tele-sales experience preferred, freshers with strong communication may apply

• Excellent verbal communication skills in [Kannada] and Hindi/English

• Confident, persuasive, and comfortable with high call volumes

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools

• Target-driven with a positive, resilient attitude
