🔹 Freshers CTC: ₹20,000 Take-Home: ₹16,000 = 240,000 LPA

🔹1 Year ExperienceCTC:₹21,000 Take-Home: ₹17,000 = 252,000 LPA

🔹 2+ Years Experience : CTC: ₹22,000 Take-Home: ₹18,000 = 264,000 LPA

📌 PF & ESI deductions applicable

🎯 Performance Incentives: Earn up to ₹80,000

🕘 Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
