The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth through effective relationship management.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and client communication.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Assist in pre-sales activities and support the sales team.
• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

• Excellent client handling and relationship management abilities.
• Good listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in call handling, customer support, and follow-ups.
• Basic computer knowledge and data management skills.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum Qualification: Diploma or Graduate.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Support, Sales Support, or a similar role.
• Hindi communication is mandatory.
