Job Description

  • Making outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote Axis Bank products such as credit cards, personal loans, savings accounts, insurance, and other banking services.
  • Explaining product features, benefits, eligibility, and offers to customers in a clear and professional manner.
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable banking products.
  • Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Following up with interested customers and assisting them through the application process.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating call details in the bank's CRM system.
  • Handling customer queries and resolving basic concerns or escalating them when required.
