Job Description

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Explain products/services, features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Generate and qualify sales leads through telephone calls.

Follow up regularly with interested customers and convert leads into sales.

Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate customer and call records in CRM/Excel.

Build positive relationships with customers and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

Coordinate with the sales team for successful lead conversion.

Prepare daily call and sales reports.
