Telecalling Executive

Roles and responsibilities 

1. Deployment of Field Executives: 

a. Coordinate and deploy Field executives based on client requirements. 

b. Ensure timely and accurate placement of Field executives personnel to meet operational needs. 

2. End-to-End Onboarding Process: 

a. Manage the complete onboarding process for new Field executives. 

b. Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and verified. 

3. Activation of Leads: 

a. Activate new leads and ensure they are ready to start their assignments. 

b. Confirm all necessary steps are completed before activation. 

4. ID Creation for Field executives: 

a. Create and manage ID cards for new Field executives. 

b. Ensure all IDs are accurately prepared and distributed promptly. 

5. Training for Field executives: 

a. Conduct training sessions for Field executives on the Client and Awign app. 

b. Provide comprehensive training to ensure executives are well-prepared for their roles. 

6. Daily Report Updates: 

a. Prepare and update daily reports for the respective manager. 

b. Ensure all relevant data is accurately recorded and reported. 

7. Tracking Field executivesIssues: 

a. Monitor and address any issues faced by Field executives. 

b. Provide support and solutions to resolve problems promptly. 

8. Attendance Tracking: 

a. Track the attendance of Field executives daily. 

b. Maintain accurate attendance records and report any discrepancies.

9. Payout Escalation Monitoring: 

a. Monitor and manage payout escalations. 

b. Ensure timely resolution of any payout issues and communicate effectively with relevant parties. 10. Follow-Up Calls: 

a. Conduct follow-up calls with delivery executives to ensure they are meeting expectations and to gather feedback. 

b. Ensure consistent communication and support for all Field executives. 

11. Feedback Collection: 

a. Collect feedback from Field executives and clients to improve the onboarding and training process. b. Implement changes based on feedback to enhance overall efficiency
