Telecalling Team Leader

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Team Leader – Outbound Sales to lead and manage a team of tele callers, ensure achievement of sales targets, and maintain overall team performance. Key Responsibilities - Lead, manage and motivate the outbound sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets. - Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular guidance and feedback. - Monitor call quality and ensure adherence to defined sales processes. - Handle escalations and support the team in closing challenging sales. - Track daily sales performance, attendance and productivity. - Prepare and submit daily performance reports to management. - Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures. Eligibility & Requirements - Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Team Leader in an Outbound Sales / Telesales environment. - Candidates with only tele calling experience seeking a promotion will not be considered. - Fluent Kannada and English communication is mandatory. - Strong leadership, team management and communication skills. - Ability to work in a target-driven and high-pressure environment. - Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve team sales targets. - Female candidates only.
